✔️ Donation allocation and timelines are managed according to each patient’s medical and technical requirements

✔️ Every supported case is reviewed carefully to ensure fair and responsible distribution of assistance

Cancellation & Refund Policy

✔️ Donations may be canceled before processing, depending on the transaction stage

✔️ Once donations have been allocated or used for patient support, refunds may not be possible

✔️ Customized medical and humanitarian support funded through donations is non-refundable
